A Strong Sense of Place
PLACEMAKING
TOPOLA Design envisions the landscape of BAAN F5 as a multi-generational garden for five sibling families compound. Each family resides in a private courtyard villa, expressing individual identity while remaining connected through shared landscapes and communal amenities within an immersive landscape setting.
At the heart of each residence is a bespoke courtyard, carefully designed around the owner’s personal Feng Shui element. These gardens serve as both microclimatic buffers and symbolic spaces—promoting protection, prosperity, and well-being.
Shared facilities are designed to foster interaction and togetherness. A crisp rectangular swimming pool forms the centerpiece of the compound, with distinct water zones including a lap pool, shallow wading area, and children’s pool, ensuring both safety and inclusivity. On one end, the clubhouse offers a communal kitchen and flexible gathering space; on the other, a pool house with a cantilevered gym anchors the recreational zone.
A continuous garden path traces the edge of the pool, linking the villas and encouraging spontaneous encounters among family members. This landscape strategy balances privacy and connectivity, cultivating a collective lifestyle rooted in everyday interaction and shared outdoor rituals.
